Booked a pickup from Heathrow T4 for my family members. Calling the office and placing the booking was smooth, received a text message to confirm my booking details, (As standard / expected). The booking staff was polite and helpful. I called again 1 day before the pickup to reconfirm booking, it was good to be reassured that the booking was scheduled as agreed. On the day of the pickup (Today), we received a text again with the driver's name, car's reg etc. The driver arrived early and called to confirm his arrival in the car park. The journey was smooth and the driver was polite and helpful. The trip cost was very reasonable and definitely cheaper than Uber. Will definitely use again, and recommend. ~ John S
Excellent new management this is 2nd years we using this taxi service this is actually updated👏👏👏,I just want to say this taxi service this much trusted which every day I sending two children to the school,most driver married with respect family very professionally knows about roul and road they always come on time,very clean cars 🚖🚖even school knows there drivers any time my children sick or ill the school allow them to come with this taxi service as they are very trusted to take my children from school,,,very happy face polite talking drivers,,any problem as we never have had,,the Excellent management with sort it out kindly,because of school I change over 4 different taxi service companies and this a only taxi service we get car for all travelling for nearly 2 years from a time new management come they really become Excellent and give you excellent Service with excellent polite drivers.thank you so much VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS 👏👏👏👏👏👏🌹🙏🌹🙏🌹🙏🌹🙏🌹🙏🌹🙏 ~ Natasha w
really old customers they have knew us for about 11-12 years . Today there was an ocassion , I phoned them they never answered . Then I called them about 5-6 times never answered . Finally they answered the man that picked up the phone he was really rude . The service is so bad . I’m going to book a another service which is better than this one .👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😡😡😡😡 ~ Rajwinder K
